Thanks guys!! My mussels don't hurt! 😁 I do absolutely like sore muscles... I'm just announcing as my excuse for the weight being higher, since I can't be from food. I had a massive deficit yesterday! I was so hungry, but didn't have time to make anything healthy I wanted to eat... Then it was bed time! 😁

Mermee, he is nuts! But.... I totally envy that dedication. I don't have it. 😁 I like to be sore, but I don't like to hurt... And lately I've got to make sure to rest the rotten knee or I'm in pain. But, it is getting better!!!

I figured out, rest days are worse for me than going hard all the time. I was hurting today during my workout and I know it's because of my vacation. 7 days away from the gym. Ooof. :D
