My pounds are up a bit, however, the 165 weight on the 5th felt unreal at the time. The 169 today, seems more realistic.

My carbs are up a bit and I plan to reduce those. My fat calories are too low and I need to raise these.

The best news is I am still on target. Actually, I am a little ahead of target. Three lbs per month is the goal; I have lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks. The question is: can I continue at the rate of 5 lbs per 3 weeks.

I have never had to lose more than 10 lbs, so there is no history for me to gauge the obstacles I could face. Whatever the obstacle, I will deal with it.

It is full throttle forward.
