I swear I see changes in my waistline. Different curves, but I am not only losing lbs, but gaining back the ones I've lost. No, it's not muscle because I'm not the biggest exerciser. In fact I'll admit that all I do is a few sit ups a week. This is so irritating because I eat so much less than I used to. I think I may not be eating enough bc my appetite is waning and I just can't stomach food sometimes.
