I can not believe my weight loss to date. Weighed in this morning at 165 lb. unbelievable. Never did I believe the weight would decrease so fast. The last time I used this diet was 30 years ago and it took 6 weeks for the first lb to fall off. I am surprised but real happy.

Each day, I regulate the fat cal to calorie ratio to just under 30%, however, yesterday, I was at 20% and could not get it up to 30%. I do not want to repeat this again. I want to keep the ratio at 27-29%, which will keep the weight loss on target.
