I usually weigh in on Monday, but was so anxious yesterday - that I weighed in on Sunday, with only a 1 lb loss. Very good - since my goal is 3 lbs per month.
However, feeling particularly light this morning I thought I would weigh again and yippee!! I weighed 169.
I use measuring calorie intake to fat calorie intake, maintaining a below 30% fat calorie intake. This process usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 months before the weight begins to fall off, so I am really pleased I am losing anything. The real test will come March 1st, when I expect to begin losing at a fast clip.
