Just finished week 2 and I have dropped 2 lbs. This should put me on target for my 36 lb annual goal.

So far, it is easy to keep the 30% fat calorie ratio. However, I am having trouble keeping the total calories below 1650. Based on my activity level - 1650cal/day would best fit my target weight loss goal. Most of the days have met the 1650 goal, but 2 days did not.

This week I will begin a weight bearing exercise program using my pilates machine. Increasing my activity per day, will help if I exceed my target cal/day. The exercises will maintain muscle strength, but may increase my weight, as muscle weighs more than fat.

The goal of 36 lbs is important, but trim and fit is the utmost desire.
