Great day food-wise, worst day emotionally. Crazy, alcoholic sister called me 9 times, creating her own drama and disrupting my day. Time to go back to Al-Anon, I guess. When I allow her to upset me, it makes me want to eat.
However, I resisted the urge to stress-eat and I'm proud of myself for that.
