Just when i was getting motivated to exercise and eat better again, i have a torn tendon in my right foot and am now wearing a toe-to-just-below-the-knee cast, which is not removable. I have to wear it (and be off work) for 4 weeks. I also cannot exercise. This morning i weighed and was 189.2, and that was with my cast.
