SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 6

350g of almond biscotti contains about 1700k. Got suckered by the bulk purchase at the restaurant supply checkout and went to town, launching another day of bad nutrition. The remaining 600g is in the bin this morning. Didn't even bother to fire the disposal. Felt like shit, probably from all the sugar. W/E.

Took a rest day after baselining all my lifts over the last 4 days. Sleeping well and a lot. Wide awake and rarin to go at 0500 sans alarm.

Plenty to do, as it's been a sideways week thus far. Focused on catching up my logistics yesterday, which got torpedoed by our plumbing event. I've got it down to where I can process, marinate, package and store 40# of chicken in under an hour. Pretty sure this is a joke by restaurant standards, but it is a big improvement in Jimmie's kitchen. Also picked up about 10# of skirt steak on sale, but left cleaning that for another day.

Back to the squat rack today.

...I get tired just thinking about all you are doing 😬😜 I had some ice cream last night (no good reason), but, the only reason I didn't 'go to town' was that I HATE the way 'massive sugar intake' feels that night and the next day.

Jimmie, I don’t know why but breads, biscuits, donuts have almost no nutrition and are all calories, but HEAVENLY to eat! It’s a very cruel world!😞 Let’s Go!👍
