DairyKing's Notizen, 10 Mrz 21

Doing pretty well. Probably only had 1 meal with red meat in it in the last two weeks. Eating more fruits and veggies really does help curb the cravings for sweets. The closest thing I've eaten to a dessert is a cup of low fat yogurt with some strawberries and granola. I have made up some interesting combinations of beans and rice that were rather tasty. I'm getting to be a regular gourmet. Well, I hope everyone is doing well. Toodles!
