still wondering about accuracy of my scale. I weighed 5 times and this was the highest number. low was 300.2. A spread of 2.6 lbs or not quite 1%. Twice before a 10+ pound loss was followed a week later by a big gain which made no sense based on calorie intake and salt/water balance. I've decided the scale cant play with my mind anymore. The physical results are obvious and this lifestyle is here to stay.
