Another milestone has been reached! I have today lost 60 lbs! I am SO impressed with myself today. This is done since Oct 4th, so in less than four months! Wow. Just wow. I am so glad I am finally doing this, following Fatsecret and losing all that weight. I feel great.
Yesterday, I did not eat a whole lot - or so it felt. I was never hungry though, but my meals were fairly small in size, and reasonable on the calories. Lots of ham, lots of cabbage.
I really like this way of losing weight. I love that it is easy, and that I can basically do what I want as long as I am on top of things and know what I can eat.
I love that I have the app on my phone to make it though the day without losing touch with my calorie intake - I honestly don't think I could have done without it. You guys out there who has trouble remembering to put in what you ate or remembering how many calories you have left - buy an android-powered phone and get the free app. It is worth the price of the phone alone! I am becoming a great example of this. :)
Now, on to meet the next milestone - which is not TOO far away. Give it a week or two! :) Life is good!
