ugh! it's so frustrating ! yeah I loss but my calories were lower than they have been and I only loss .2 . I've been doing that with more calories. FS goes from Mon to Sun but since I weigh on Fri I add mine from Fri to Thursday and this pass week was lower than it's been in a very long time. I think I'm just going to have to come to terms and just be happy with this weight . I've still loss alot from 185 to 107. I would be happier with 102 or even 103 though. 😆
