New number to look at! :) I was getting annoyed with 185 hanging on so long, bouncing. Ate unexpectedly with family last night and what was supposed to be a 630 dinner ended up being 8pm. My normal eat time is 430 so I was almost not hungry by the time it was ready. Chicken and salad are what I chose from the offerings and said no to those things that don't serve me well so that's a win. Taught the granddaughter to knit but it's as hard as I remember lol. She doesn't know it but I bought her crochet hooks and a how to book for her birthday Sat. I'LL be really glad when I can teach her that instead. We kept dropping stitches all over the place lol.
Eggs and bacon today, maybe an omelet or cheesy eggs. I need to shop tomorrow for more veggies but I have peppers in the freezer and some cauliflower rice. Maybe chicken/rice/peppers for dinner. I do better with a heavier meal so I don't "want."
Allowing 3 coffees today (on #2) so hopefully that translates into lots of work. Enjoy your day buddies! But first, coffee...
