Chest/Back day: 90 minutes Arms/Legs day: 90 minutes Shoulders: 75 minutes Full-body (extreme intensity): 30-45 minutes, twice a week
1 minute rest periods and lifting to absolute failure each set... the difference is amazing!! 💪

Yeah- I switched to full body every day- so that has been interesting. I understand the soreness. Everything hurts-in a fantastic way.
