I'm still considering this some water weight loss from holiday indulgence but it makes me feel good. with this weigh in, I'm back in the normal BMI range :-)
and it'll be good to see if the dr says anything when I go back next month about the loss (I'm actually surprised they didn't say anything about losing weight when I went back in Dec, but the dr is heavy, so maybe it's like the pot calling the kettle black kind of thing).
