A nice little weight loss today, almost down to my lowest.
I have had trouble lately shedding pounds, actually since x-mas. I have followed my rules every single day since the 24th, but not much have happened. Hopefully things are starting to move again.
I have no more obstacles, other than just doing it. The pools are open again as usual, so I can go swimming. I almost did not go yesterday, but I am so happy that I did. I was dead tired in the morning, and to go swim I have to leave home at 6.15 am - VERY early! But I manned up, went, and I felt so good the rest of the day - actually I still feel good that I went and that I (probably as a result) lost weight today. Unfortunately, it shows that exercise IS necessary, whether I like it or not.
Today's exercise is gonna be minimal though. I went shopping, which entails about 20-30 minutes of walking plus the actual shopping, carrying the goods home by foot and of course putting it away. So it is not like I do not have ANY exercise at all - just not a whole lot.
Today's big mission is to watch all 6 star wars movies. This will be fun. I will stay low on the snacks.
All in all a good result that makes me ready for the weekend. Life is good! :)
