Was on vacation in the mountains and had a wonderful time! We did Thanksgiving up there on Saturday so everybody could make it up there. There was a group of campers - a lot of them - that were friends and family surrounding us, it was crowded because their gang was so big. I really like the people they seem so nice, they would gather and do all sorts of projects - it was great. Then one night when they were gathered all surrounding a little fire someone said something about something that wasn’t right, A fight kind of broke out not physical though. The next morning they all packed up and left and the whole camping area was empty. I know for a fact they were going to stay at least two more weeks, so someone said something. As usual, a fight during Thanksgiving when emotions run high when family and friends get together. Oh well, we had the whole place to ourselves after that.😊 Even deer came by! 🦌 it was very peaceful. 👍🦉

I almost started to laugh a little when I read that. When ever the holidays come around we always have a big family gathering and it always seems to bring about an argument about something. We've begun to refer to ourselves as the original dysfunctional family. To me - I sit back and just laugh at it all. I know we all really love each other and would go to the matts to defend each other but when we all get together there are going to be sparks flying. It's the family - our original dysfunctional Italian family. :)

It was like a comedy skydiverjim because they all packed up - the whole place packed up quietly - packed up and left.
The one lady in front of us though was kind enough to contact me through Facebook because she had promised to paint a rock for my granddaughter - she is quite the artist and she was so sweet - so she said she would still paint her a rock and will see her again in the mountains sometime. I’m older now, but I remember the days when I went to my parents and we all gathered there, I did have to have a few drinks to manage not getting upset about something someone was saying. Not important - life is short! Happy Friday everybody
