Yesterday, we went to spend the day in Roskilde. Of course, that meant challenges food wise along the way - though, just like in other fairy tales, it all turned out well at the end!

I had my usual breakfast, and had prepared rye bread with liver pate for lunch, to avoid junk food or restaurant food for more than dinner, as Wife and I had planned to have a little, reasonable dinner somewhere.

Before we knew it, it was already way past lunch time, and we basically decided to skip lunch and go for early dinner. I was okay with this - it meant having a little extra calories to spare for the dinner.

We opted for a little Thai restaurant that would open at 3 pm. It never did. We came back a couple of times, but I guess the were closed during the holidays. A sign on the door would have been nice.

So we decided to head back to the train station and see what we could find along the way.

We came by a little kebab joint, and decided to go there - there were lots of people, which as you know is a sign that they do reasonable food.

Wife wanted a kebab menu, I decided to dig a little deeper in their menu and found grilled chicken breast served with white rice, salsa, a salad, a flour tortilla and tzatziki. Wow. This is the best "fast food" I have had in ages. I skipped the tzatziki, as it was made with seeminging full fat sour cream, calories that I just did not need. Also, I shared the tortilla with Wife, as I had so much food on my plate and she needed bread.

All in all a great day, plenty of walking, great food - AND I got to buy myself a little, cheap digital guitar for my home studio. I can now add keyboard sounds to my songs in my little recording studio.

Oh, I forgot to talk about weight loss progress :)
Well, it seems that the misread of the scale/fluctuation is over for now. I am now lower than the presumably erroneous read from the 24th. I am now lower than I have been on ANY weigh loss project in "recorded history". NICE!
