Going back to sleep for a few hours to prepare for a long day. I needed to get up crazy early to eat the first breakfast.
Starting with the personal trainer dude today (heretofore referred to as The Frank)... I think? We've scheduled and rescheduled this first meeting so many times; my calendar shows my appointment as today, but not sure what he's got on his end.
Whatever.
I have 4600 calories on the docket and plans for a long gym session or two depending how The Frank goes (or doesn't go lol).
