Hahahahaha... this is too funny!

So, if you read my journal yesterday, you will know that I was a little bit worried about my x-mas luncheon with Wife and our friends. Well, I have not eaten THAT much since I started losing weight. Portions have become consistently smaller, and what I ate yesterday was a LOT - or so I felt. I consistently measured and weighed every single thing I ate, and registered it all. Turns out that I ended having spent 2300 cal altogether yesterday - out of my 2800 RDI! :)

I manned up and went swimming yesterday morning. I was so tired, it was cold outside and I really did not feel like going - but as always, once I was up there, swimming, listening to good music, I was SO happy that I went. I am glad I did. I got to set a new record swimming - 1500 meters (that is almost a mile to you Americans) in 75 minutes! I am so proud. My whole body was aching afterwards, though.

Anyways, I was so happy joining my friends for this little feast, and I thoroughly enjoyed it without too many thought on the weight loss journey, other than registering everything. I am so used to it that I don't even think about it. I like having control over it.

So what about my weight this morning? I was very worried about it, with all the food and not eating corrct. My result: I LOST 700 GRAMS! WOW! I can not believe it! I am sitting here with a BIG smile on my face. This means that I can also announce another Milestone Day! I am now UNDER 300 lbs! Yes! It has been SO long since I have been able to say that.

Today will be a great day, and life is - very - good!
