This whole "stability" thing had become foreign to me for awhile.

I used to live in the maintenance zone for a long time, but lifting and eating lots more calories than normal usually means erratic weights on the scale each morning.

That's not the case so much these days. Odd...

Anyhow, big day at the gym in a couple hours to test my insurance and pain threshold! 💪😊🤘

My insurance was paying for my gym but Covid19 closed us down. When I went in there were only s few people and very few near my preference of a bike. When will they open? Will they survive the shutdowns?

I was thinking that's one heck of a workout to test your insurance. base jumping?

Don't drop the bar on your foot or neck cause that WILL test your insurance. 🙃😂

Never misspell a word, especially when you get new insurance!

Your auto correct has a mind if its own. 😆 Have an amazing workout, Chris! Hope you achieve more balance and stability (if that’s what you seek). You are a pro - one of the greats - so I’m sure you’ve got this totally handled! 💪🏻✨

Oh for real? In that case let’s call it a rest and recovery day. Sounds like you needed to recharge your batteries.

Pain tolerance. One of the things I think separates the average from the great. Do you stop when it starts to burn or keep going until the muscle actually gives out? "Keep going!" *Arnold accent.

Yes! Burn out is the ultimate. I hardly ever see people go to not being able to lift. Seems like an ego thing. I have no shame.

Anyway, you’re doing a great job putting the extra calories to work and getting into body weight multiples territory. Hard work made the experiment successful.
