I had to go away for work, and I got an average of 4 hours a night of sleep, and we ate out every single day because we were staying in a hotel. No home cooking there. So today I tried getting back on track, and ended up gorging my face. UGH. Starting back over...

You can do this!! Drink water, some of that gain may be due to more sodium than you're used to from eating out, so wash it out. You can get back on track, you've done so well, keep going!!
