I need to be in two places at once!! My mother has been in ICU for almost a week, finally moved to cardiac telemetry. I've been in the city with her leaving hubby alone with his mother. He does fine with her, but not being able to go to the farm and take care of things there is really hard for him. I cooked a bunch for the 2 of them before I went to the city. My brother had 3 days off and lives near mom so I came back to MIL's house to catch up with laundry and do some more cooking for her and hubby. Will vote on Tuesday and then back to the city again. Mom should get out of the hospital that day and I will stay with her for a week or so. Eating plan in pretty much out the window. Portion control is about all I can do at this point. Sure hope things slow down soon.
