The final days of busy-ness... by the end of the week, things will settle down and then I have to play catch up to find out what I've been missing with everyone on FS!

The tiny surplus of calories is providing a noticeable difference in workout performance, so I'm gonna keep rolling with it.

Getting tons of sleep, but it's probably just enough to balance the heightened cortisol levels from all the rushing around that's been going on this month.

Anyhow... heading to the gym, then some painting and cooking. Maybe a nice motorcycle ride at sunset if it cools off a bit.
