I'm so upset. 😭😭 I cut calories and gain. i add calories back and gain. I got down to 92 lbs and have struggled with ever lb gain since then. I did decide after being sick last year that I didn't need to be below 100 . There's nothing to worry there because I can't lose no matter what I do. I feel so fat and don't know what to do. I've gained 15 lbs and I know I've come a long way from 185 lbs and 56 inch hips but it's still so frustrating and hard to think of what I've accomplished when I look in mirror and see how much I've gained back. I'm so scared its going to keep climbing until I'm back where I started at 185 lbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated so much.
