Thank you, Groatmeal! ❤️ I really appreciate your encouragement! This is the longest stretch being at or below goal and not just "blue" for a long, long while. I'm starting to work out with weights again, since who knows when I'll get back to a gym. My landscaping stuff is finished. I'm guessing the weight will do some silly things going forward. You know what that is like! 😁

Yes the ups and downs can get to me sometimes but I also don’t like stressing about it so I try to ignore. You are definitely an inspiration to me! I’m aiming to get about two pounds below goal so when I fluctuate up I’m still below goal like you’ve been lately! ❤️🙌
