Another half pound down :-)

I was thinking of goals this morning, because it seems unlikely that I'll meet my goal for this month. I haven't been as strict as I was in January, but I'm still losing which is good.

My ultimate goal is 125, but it's more of a stretch goal. I'd love to get as close to 130 as possible.

Right now, my more immediate goal is to have the dr's scale read under 140 when I'm wearing clothes, have already eaten, etc. I think if I can get to like 135 that will be achieved.

I think I've been doing much better on food moderation. I still have ice cream in my freezer, which is a big indicator!
