Day 3 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
The second day is the hardest day, but, yesterday wasn’t so bad because I was so busy.
This is the first week, in a long time, where I will go 5 full days of ‘no solid food’ fasting. My goal is to just stick to the plan. I wont worry about the results.
When I want to lose real weight, I know sticking to this plan for 9+ days will do it. Last month I lost 9 pounds in 9 days.
I just need to get the ‘motivation’ to do that because it requires a lot of ‘mental effort’.
