Went after work to visit my grandaughters. Stopped at the co-op on the way there and cooked up some eggs for lunch at their place. We ended up staying until nearly 8:30 and I knew I had to get a salad in. I ordered one at Chipotle, but it was basically a burrito bol with a bed of lettuce instead of rice. I tried, but it felt like a lot of food even though the nutrition info online said 425 calories. Anyway, still recording all the fluctuations.
