Day 4 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
I started letting myself eat a single pickle a day. The reasoning was that it only has 3 carbs and 12 calories. The other reasoning is that, like with Apple Cider Vinegar, taken before bedtime, would cause me to sweat a ton during the night and wake up with a loss.
Who knows if this is ‘fat burning’ or just dehydrating 😆, but, it doesn’t seem to hurt. Also, my high protein and fat diet, when I do just protein shakes in heavy cream during the week, have me craving salt and tartness.
