I have been busy driving the last two days helping my Sister relocate from Atlanta to Virginia. I drove about 9 hours each day and ate on the run. Both days I ate under goal but missed my protein goals and missed all activity goals. BF is up 0.1% since Wednesday and is 0.5% out of range...

eating on the run or on the road is tough and spending 9 hours a day is bond to upset your regular activity and eating routine. It's nice that you were able to help your sister move.

Thanks Fritzy, sometimes we all have things to do. I'm thankful that I am healthy enough to some of them...

Ditto Fritzy's comment. Traveling's tough, and great that you helped your sister. Moving is plenty active in my experience.
