Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Tuesdays are the hardest day for me. My body fights the multi-day reduction in carbs and acts like it wants to die Haha!
There is where I tell my body to just adjust. It will, it always does 👍🏾
When my body switches to non-dietary sources for most of its energy I actually feel better not worse.

Ahh, always a balance for me too Adef...carbs for workout energy but too much 'energy' and it ends up being stored on the tummy, face and sides...#diet-dilemma.

Do you include liquid protein powders or drinks in your no solid foods days?

@60pack - I am taking in around 1100 calories a day in protein drinks on my so solid food fast days :) Basically the same macros as a normal #Keto person, just liquids so I don't binge.
