Not a lot but in the right direction. I finally pushed through that 150 mark and down from size 16 to 12. Another step in the right direction. 5 pounds this month.
might add that my spaghetti, healthy, is salty (not like gross, but... ) so I am still holding onto water weight and can see it ie edema in my feet.
One cup healthy spaghetti, no cheese, even better than with the cheese. I like balance but am still not getting enough fiber. ERG I do NOT want a fake fiber. Yech.
