The one day of feasting in the middle of the week has definitely slowed my normal weight loss 😢
Today I plan to hit the 🏋🏾♂️ gym.
Deadlifts and Squats! 👍🏾

@CrashtestDawnie - 👍🏾- Even though they 'hurt' the most. It is the deadlifts that I look forward to doing the most. It is funny because I used to think that the deadlift was the *dumbest* thing. I mean you are basically just 'standing up'. It wasn't until I found out what pulling 100lbs over your body weight will do for your entire body, that I learned Haha!

Hahaha yea it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal. But wow is it effective at building strength! I pick up heavy stuff at work all the time. Chairs, 10 ream boxes of paper, printers (in their boxes) and I can now pick them up and carry them to the front of the store without the cart. Well, except the very large ones.
