Let me just say this...Panera Bread sucks for people trying to avoid carbs. I paid a lot of money to eat the meat off a sandwich. Had to go since that’s where the coworkers were going. I wish they could have a meat bowl option of some hot chicken or beef.

They do need low carb options or at least let people put their sandwich on lettuce instead of bread.
