I really was not expecting this, I thought I had slow metabolism, lol. I have been working really hard outside and probably not drinking enough water, so it must be dehydrating too. We will see what happens in a couple of days. 😀

But I have been having hard time with my calories, I feel like I am starving myself to death🤯😰, so it would be great if is fat loss 🤗🙏
