Day 1 of a planned 4 days of ‘no solid food’ fastingI was supposed to do a ‘no solid food’ fast yesterday, but, basically I had ‘too much free time’ on my hands. The ‘no solid food fasts’ are easier during the week because most of my waking hours I am being paid to ‘work’ not ‘eat’. However, carb-wise I did better than previous days. I also got to the gym and lifted 🏋🏾♂️ weights. I just wish I liked lifting weights more. It appears as he trimmed down the fat first, and then build up muscle. Tried doing both at the same time, but I start to believe you have to ask the neighbor to store the scales for you until the job is done. :)
