I should be in ketosis at this point, which I’m happy about. The food is very satiating, and I have not felt like I need to snack. I need to avoid the dreaded headaches that I tend to get when my body is adapting, so I am focusing on getting enough electrolytes and drinking lots of water. Happy Thursday friends!
