April 27th I hit 1 year anniversary of dieting successfully. And I started thinking about where I’m at. What am I doing? What do I want to do? What’s the point? Ya know, all that. So I decided I NEED to go to the gym. I need the rest of my weight loss to be fitness focused. I wasn’t going to weigh in until Friday but I couldnt resist! 😜 I made it 5 days though! I’ve been mindful of my cals and macros. I’ve been having treats but maintaining balance between real food vs junk since Monday. The weekend was all high cal fatty carby deliciousness 😄 I went to the gym Tuesday and today and plan to go again on Sunday 💪 I’m eating breakfast on days I work out 👍

Good job! Yes, your plan will work! - - While on vacation I plan to only lift weights. This will give me an opportunity to try to fast in the mornings but still eat every day. When I get back, I will have to do fasting and cardio to drop my expected weight gain, but afterwards I can try to get to the gym more. If I can, then I can allow myself more solid food :)

Awesome job! That's the way to do it. 😊👍 I just read (cartergood on ig) that once you reach goal you can weigh twice a month.

Thanks guys! It’s been a long road but most of it has been very enjoyable 😁 Sometimes I feel like I’ve wasted half the year in maintenance but I’ve been content so I’m telling my neurotic side to stfu 😂
