HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!! Last night we had a pre-valentines dinner out so that we could avoid the large crowds at the restaurants tonight. We had a great time and the food was good. As usual I cleaned my plate and as a result I ate "poorly" at 114% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .2% and is back out of range...
