another two week weigh in. i've been overwhelmed lately, which isn't new. i've been stuck at 220ish since the holidays and i'm getting sick of it. i could be doing better! but at least it's something. i definitely can't go back to how i used to be; even if i'm struggling now, i don't want to feel that way again.

i started off hard and fast with the new semester; I already had to take leadership roles, combined with a heavy work load. i'm a very anxious and shy person, this doesn't go well! lol late night stress eating is what gets me.

Nice drop! Night eating is such a problem, especially with the work load you have. I know when I was going, going, going for long days, I ate at night to 1) actually eat a meal and 2) to relax. That's been a tough habit for me to break. Meditation might be worth a try.

UGH! Night eating!! Bane of my existence! I do so much better if I don't eat late night meals but I have the hardest time stopping. I have tried saving my "best" stuff for last, eating the "good" stuff earlier so that it hopefully won't affect my weight...nothing seems to work! When you figure it out...drop me a line! Midnight snacking is killing me!
