Weighed in this morning at 126, not sure why and doubt that I will stay there. Dear hubby frowns, thinks this is too low. I'm only 5'4" so I wouldn't mind 1 more pound down. He frowned more. I just wish I could get him on board, I worry cause he is so heavy. My son and daughter in law also. Love them so much.

GREAT loss in just a week! You just keep doing what you feel is right for YOU. Hopefully, your husband, son and DIL will soon realize that they need to do the same. Keep up the great work! WE all support you!

I truly admire that you’re able to do this without their understanding. You have great strength. Keep up the good work and hope they come to realize by your example what they too could gain.
I sometimes wish I had known better how to help my daughter as she grew up. She always struggled with her weight. Now she’s really heavy. I could do better if I would lose 10#.
