We are still eating down treats and desserts from the holidays. I was raised not to waste food and it's just a part of me. My wife made my Mom's "Ten Dollar Fruit Pie" New Years Eve and our guest are gone so we don't have any help consuming leftovers. My mistake was that I ate some pie late last night. As I look back over my holiday eating, I see that it was snacking and drinking Eggnog that caused me the most problems. I guess I'm locked into associating Eggnog, Fruit Cake, Chocolate Candy and my Mom's Fruit Pie with the holidays. I don't plan to make any changes in the future either. I love holidays and family traditions but I'm glad they are over.

Yesterday I ate at 105% of goal, did not meet my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .1% and still in range. I'm not concerned about my weight as long as my body fat stays in range...
