Arrrgghh!

I had this NICE AND LENGHTY journal written for you. I was seeing Wife off to work, and as I was turning off the light, STUPID STUPID STUPID me turned off the power to my PC. It's all gone. Sigh.
I spend probably 45 minutes on it, and it's down the drain. Sorry, I'm simply not gonna bother re-doing it.
To sum it up:
A few involuntary days off from work, being stuck at home while various pros were trying to fix our bath drains. Eventually, they got fixed.
A LOT of stress over the weekend.
Friday's outing with work was not happening for me, due to waiting for said drain pros.
Neither did band rehearsal Friday.
Sigh.
I hope this is now a trend maker for the week to come.

I'm really looking forward to teaching tonight. I can't wait to see what the gang has accomplished.
Personally, I have done good most of the time, struggled a little to do it, but pulled through. Still, I'm up in weight. Significantly.
I know what I need to do, and I'm doing it. Steady as she goes, captain. That's all I can do.
