Happy Halloween Everybody!!! This a scary morning on the scales. I am definitely trending in the wrong direction. Halloween candy crossed my threshold yesterday and I did not resist late last night. Yesterday my nutrition sucked. I ate "Poorly" at 118% of goal, did not meet my protein goal but met all activity goals. I have been so busy catching up on chores and getting ready for the holiday season, I haven't had time to go to the gym. I'm going to make it a priority when I finish redoing the bath room. BF is also up .4% I'm concerned but not defeated. I have been here before...
