Awe 🙁 Are you trying to calculate your CICO with the amount of weight you should lose? I’ve seen it work for ppl. Doesn’t work for me AT ALL! If so, how much should you have lost this month?

I was supposed to eat 1700 calories daily. But I ate 1800+ 3 weeks and 1700+ one week, I can't complain about weight loss if I was eating too much. I enjoy maintenance mode, but I know that if I really want to lose my last pounds I should accept the discomfort again, "3 weeks diet" while my husband is not here.

I am ches, bad time to start losing weight, but the year is ending and thinking about it makes me do crazy things haha . Last year I was gaining the weight back by this time 😞 , I don't want to repeat the same thing again 😒

Weirdly enough (when I was actually losing weight) if I gorged on my proteins first I seemed to want less carbs...calories were sometimes higher than I should but if I kept at the protein I still lost weight. Not sure if its the lower calories or if its the lower carbs. I still count calories though, along with everything else and this might be just me lol.

Protein will make the biggest difference since it has the highest thermic effect. Carbs and fats are pretty much equal where fat loss is concerned. Carbs+fats(donuts, deep fried foods etc) are easy to over consume though.
