Maintenance going well, I'm staying below my goal weight. Spent a week with my sweet Momma last week. Dear Hubby is so tolerant of my occasional desertions so long as I cook enough for him to eat while I'm gone. He has his priorities!! After a long summer drought we are now experiencing massive quantities of rain. We prayed for rain, now we pray for it to stop. God thinks his children are hard to please!! Low carb is my friend. I try to stay at or below 20 grams per day.
