CrashtestDawnie's Notizen, 16 Jul 18

I am out of the 170s!! And today marks 3 months of dieting!! I’ve never dieted for this long :D Side note: I checked my ketones (blood) and glucose just now. I’m back in Ketosis 1.6 and glucose is 89 so it’s still higher than I guess it should be. I’m usually at 65-75. I don’t know what happened last night with my food or ketone readings or how I’m back in Ketosis now after such a short fasted window

glad it all worked out. I was reading this morning on an issue for myself and came across an article that was talking about alcohol interfering with the blood and it giving false readings on ketones. Overnight it cleared your system. and wonderful news on the dropping out of the 170's.

Morning glucose is typically high, it's called the Dawn Phenomenon, has to do with circadian rythym and insulin
