Day 5 of a planned 5 day fast

Yeah I need to keep the carbs low. All week I have kept my carbs <6.

My main goal is to keep my refeeding (when I eat Friday night, Saturday and Sunday) to only a 2-3 pound gain. If I can still lose 4 pounds during the week (Monday-Friday) when I am fasting, that should give me a net 1 pound loss a week. In two months I should reach my goal :)

@jimmiepop - Glad you asked my friend! Basically my wife and I walked 3 miles to the store (because that's how we roll these days!) and went to the PRODUCE section and got turnips for some turnip fires (@ChrashTestDawnie posted about a few days ago), and then ground beef, cheese, and ribs (so I can have them with just a 'dry rub' no sauce). My plan is to consume <30 a day on Saturday and Sunday. Let's see how it goes...

@minitata - Thanks! I really want to just continue the current fast because I could probably "milk a pound a day" at this point, but there are too many 'family' events planned around eating tonight and this weekend. Also, after being the same weight for 20 days I am no longer impatient. Plus on Monday I am back on the fast.

Great plan Abef! All delicious foods ;) try to keep busy! That helps me to stop thinking about all the baked goods that are in the house
